What are the default parameters for BioTek’s microplate readers in Fluorescence mode?
10 measurements per data point (average) and a 350 ms settling time after each plate movement (before each well is read). For assays where reading speed is critical, reducing these parameters to 1 measurement per data point and a 10 ms settling delay will save more than 30 seconds on a 96-well plate.
